We continued our focus on driving organic growth through leasing and improved property operations resulted in a 17% increase in renewals and new leases. Based on our capital allocation decisions, improved liquidity on our balance sheet, and a strong mix of assets in the Golden Triangle, we believe Plymouth is well-positioned to take advantage of market opportunities in 2025.
We had a strong finish to 2024 with cash rental rate increases of 17% for the year in our Consolidated Portfolio, the closing of the Sixth Street Joint Venture and the acquisition of the first phase of a new industrial portfolio in Cincinnati.
